In the fog of war, he took his shots Blocking the “enemy” with knots Subduing the will of one among bots Yet the attacks came from elsewhere

In the fog of war, he couldn’t hear The song of peace, the message of truth The trees inside minds, the Platonic fruit The love of a friend, not in cahoots Yet the attacks came from elsewhere

In the fog of war, he tried to rob it all His light, his pride, his imperial stride His fight, his bride, his animal hide His flight, his glide, his patience tried Yet the attacks came from elsewhere
